The Ullapara crushing line sits two hundred kilometres inland of Chattogram port. A purpose-built logistics chain — road haulage, port office, flexitank loading — moves every lot from the drying floor to the vessel without intermediate rehandling.
Crude sesame oil is the core export product. Refined oil ships bottled or drummed to specification. Seeds — double-skin brown, black, yellow, and single-skin mountain varieties — are cleaned, dried, and bagged to a refinery or bakery's moisture cutoff.

Multi-stage mechanical cleaning followed by drying to optimal moisture levels for quality preservation. The Bühler fine-fraction line handles sizing; the drying floor takes the remainder.
Selected seeds crushed to extract crude sesame oil, preserving natural aroma and nutrients. The first-pressing fraction is what buyers ask for by name; the cake goes to feed and soap applications, tracked separately.
SGS-certified laboratory testing for acidity, moisture, colour, peroxide value, iodine value, and purity. The certificate of analysis travels with the lot; a retained sample stays with us for two years.
Packed in flexitank at 22 MT, steel drums at 190 kg, IBC totes at 1000 L, or PP oven bags for seed lots. Full export documentation from LC to Bill of Lading handled in-house. Cleared through Chattogram.
The export desk is a tight operation. Documentation, LC handling, freight booking, and C&F liaison stay in-house. We do not subcontract the paperwork — which is why amendments and port holds rarely become a buyer's problem.
